Description: quartered of Cardoso and Amaral.

Nossa Senhora da Conceição Chapel was built between 1545-1547 by the Squires of Paço de Nespereira, Pedro Cardoso do Amaral and his wife Dona Isabel de Carvalho. It was destroyed in 1830-1837 during restoration works to the College Church, leaving only one wall that was dismantled in 1929 with the opening of the Museum.
