Tomb built in compliance with the Will of Álvaro Gonçalves de Freitas, knight, vassal, Overseer of Finance and executor of the Will of king Dom João I. He lived in Guimarães, but died in Santarém. Will dated October 22, 1419.

The face of the tomb bears the coat of arms of the founder.
