Candlesticks for a single light with square base decorated with phytomorphic motifs that rest on four feet. The stem is baluster-shaped and the candlestick is decorated with symmetrical phytomorphic motifs, which are repeated next to the edge.
The silver lamps, which worked on olive oil or wax, were indispensable to the nocturnal activity in a time when electric lighting still didn’t exist.
