This set of eight perfuming-pans have a square base with recessed in a circular shape. A legend accompanies the edge of the base: O 63 to O 69 – “SOVSA POR CONTA DA FABRICA ANNO 1665” | 0 70 – “O CONEGO ANTº D. SOVSA/ MANDOV FAZER 8 CASTISSA/DESTE LOTE POR CONTA DA/FABRICA ANNO 1665”.

These pieces were probably used to burn aromatic plants to purify the air and, later, they were also used as candlesticks.
