Description: shield surrounded by phytomorphic ornaments, with the fields poorly reinterpreted of the families Guimarães, Peixoto, Faria and Freitas.
The Casa do Marinhão belonged to the descendants of Francisco Rebelo Peixoto, Captain of Privileges, and his wife Margarida de Abreu, who lived during the first half of the 17th century. For over 250 years, was attached to the Casa do Recobelo in Póvoa de Lanhoso.
